Meet Our Panelists & Host:

Sarah Cleveland
Sarah Cleveland has over 26 years in the Air Force as a career Cyber Officer.  Retiring as a Colonel, her last position was Commander, 709th Support Group, Air Force Technical Applications Center.  Sarah’s other military cyber operational experience includes combat operations in Iraq, Afghanistan, and other undisclosed areas in the Middle East.  In 2023, Sarah retired from the Air Force and became the senior director of the Federal Strategy for ExtraHop.

Matt Harless
Matt is a cybersecurity executive with over 30 years of leadership experience in national security, intelligence, and corporate cybersecurity. As a U.S. Army Intelligence Officer, he specialized in cybersecurity and intelligence operations, including nine years at the NSA. Matt has built and enabled cybersecurity capabilities for Fortune 1000 companies and led cybersecurity programs at Carrier and Simpson Strong-Tie. 


Chad Raduege

Chad retired from the U.S. Air Force as a general officer with 29 years of cyber operations, communications, and information technology experience. He is a nine-time commander, including the White House Communications Agency. Prior to retirement, Chad served as Director of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Cyber and Chief Information Officer for U.S. European Command. 
Chad serves as President and CEO of The Raduege Group LLC and as Chairman and CEO of the Air Force Cyberspace & Air Traffic Control Association. He also serves on the Board of Directors for AFCEA International and Savvy Cyber Kids. He earned his bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University.

 

Sean Singleton
Sean Singleton serves as managing principal of Oglethorpe Capital LLC, U.S. Venture Partner for Beaten Zone Ventures (AUS), and an independent director of WaFd Bank (NASDAQ: WAFD).
Sean works to develop the next phase of disruptive technologies in aerospace and defense, technology, media and telecom, and next-generation energy. He gained his corporate finance and capital markets experience at JPMorgan Chase.
He has a Bachelor of Science from the U.S. Air Force Academy and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.



Ligeia Zeruto

Ligeia Zeruto is a retired US Army officer with 25 years of experience in national security. She has proven success from leading intelligence units of all sizes to technology startups and Fortune 500s, including Amazon Web Services and GlaxoSmithKline. She is now the Head of Government, Defense, and International Expansion at Beyond Identity. Ms. Zeruto is a decorated combat veteran, award-winning sales leader, and contributor to the United States National Cybersecurity Workforce standards through NICE. She was the lead author for the original DOD Joint Cyberspace Training and Certification Standards for Cyber Protection Teams (DCO) and provides advisory to various global organizations on cyber workforce design and threats to business operations.
